The elegant granite and stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked for you to make fantastic in home meals. The dining table seats 8 with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island.

The garage Game Room will delight your whole group! The Owner transformed this room with nothing but entertainment in mind featuring shuffleboard, ping pong, and a large Flat screen TV!

Large sliding glass doors off the great room open to a comfortable and scenic outdoor living space with views of the golf course. The private hot tub is a great place to relax after a long day of golf, or playing with the kids at one of Suncadia's many parks.

BEDROOMS:
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a TV, direct access to the back patio, a private bath with dual sinks, a walk-in tile shower and a large tub.
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed and a TV.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a king bed.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed.
* The upper floor bonus room features 2 twin beds, a twin/twin bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
* On the 2nd floor there are 2 guest bathrooms with shower/tub combos.
* The main floor has a powder bath.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swimming Pools and Fitness Center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**
