We love the Coho Cottage for our family reunion in Pentwater. The home has everything you need. It is conveniently located and the owners are very responsive’
We’ve been coming to Pentwater since our kids were tiny, but never stayed in town before. We loved how clean the cabin was and how close to everything we were.
We enjoyed our stay at Coho Cottage very much. Everything was as described and the location was very convenient as we were participating in a sailing regatta at the Pentwater Yacht Club. The kitchen was very well stocked and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay again!
We had a wonderful time here, plenty of room in the cottage and very comfortable. Short walk to all the attractions in town and the beach water and weather were beautiful every day. The host were great at communicating and very gracious if we had an issue. Chris is so easy to deal with.

Glad you enjoyed your stay in Pentwater! Thank you for choosing Coho Cottage
Everything was great, the A/C worked throughout, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms had a nice touch that remind you of home, like clothes baskets. Yet walking distance to everything. Plan to return next year.
This is the second year in a row that we've stayed here and it continues to meet our expectations. It's clean. There's space to spread out. Plenty of beds for the whole family.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Pentwater is a great place to vacation. See you again next year.
This was our first stay at the Coho Cottage, and let me tell you it was well worth our visit. We walked to town almost everyday, and it was exactly a mile from the house to the end of the pier. I only wish I had that kind of walk scenery in KY where we live. We love vacationing in Pentwater, and can't wait to visit again. Great host!!
Our stay at Coho Cottage was a good experience. The listing was accurate. The house was clean. Power went out in town for a short bit and the owners reached out to us to make sure we were fine. The owners responded promptly to any questions we had.
Our family enjoyed another lovely stay at the Coho Cottage. Chris and Sheri are wonderful hosts! The cottage was the perfect size for our group of 8. It is walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, and the beach. The cottage has all of the essentials, as well as special touches to make it welcoming and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2nd stay here!
We brought the whole family for a week at the cottage, and had plenty of room to relax. Seven adults shared one shower and magically, there was always enough hot water! The house is clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies and bathroom linens. The laundry supplies were an added bonus! It’s a quick walk to the main street in town where everything is happening, but super quiet in the neighborhood. Loved the central air! Thanks for a lovely week!
We loved our stay here and recommend for family vacations! The house has a cozy/cabin vibe. Downstairs mattresses are comfortable, even though our preference is something firmer. Chris was very kind and responsive to chat with!
Pros: They provide more than one roll of TP and had tissues around the house. Everything was very clean and loved that the bedding was organized in a bag for each bed. They had great little touches of board games and lots of books, as well as a thorough welcome binder with everything you need to know.
Cons: the AC didn’t cool the upstairs bedrooms very well, however they did have many fans, so kids all slept just fine.
We go to Pentwater every year and would definitely consider renting this house again! Everything you need for a great family vacation!
We have been coming to Pentwater for about 30 yrs. We love this quant little town. The house was very clean and is a short walk to the Hancock St. where all the shops are. There was a storm during our stay and Chris called us to see if everything was ok and if we needed a generator. Above and beyond I thought. Highly recommend.
House was very nice in section of town that enabled us to walk to shops and beach. We liked the nice hardwood floors and knotty pine walls. Presented a clean & rustic look. Used the gas grill almost every day, which worked great. The only downside was the door between the downstairs bedrooms lacked soundproof/ lacked priviacy. My suggestion would be to remove the door and fill in with drywall. This was the only drawback as we would recomend this house as a great place to stay!
Everything was great except we couldn’t really figure out any local TV channels with the type of service they had. Also there wasn’t any air-conditioning upstairs just an FYI. There were fans and it didn’t get that hot at night but just in case anyone’s interested in knowing.
It was a great place to stay close to everything!
