About this property

Beautiful Harbour Views

The home is a modern well equipped dwelling. On an elevated position north/west facing with amazing harbour views. Wonderful sunsets to sit back and end the day with. Access to a private track will take you down to the lighthouse and onto Beach Rd. Great walks in this location, close to the central part of Akaroa's bars and cafes. Handy to all water sports and trips out on the harbour with the sailing club and the wharf 10 min walk. Parking for 3 cars. Access to house is via either a steep path leading to four steps or winding staircase leading to the rear of the house.
