Located on 39th Street, this home is equipped with a Rooftop Jacuzzi and Lounge, Pool Table, Steam Room & an Oversized ground floor patio with 2 Fire-Pits. With a fully stocked kitchen and natural gas BBQ, this home has everything you need to enjoy your next beach vacation.
Keep an eye on the waves from the kitchen. A dining area with six chairs is just off the kitchen and has prime viewing of a large flat-screen TV. A half bath is behind the kitchen as well as a washer and dryer in a laundry closet. The folding glass doors open up to the giant patio with BBQ and 2 firepits.
Bedrooms 1 through 3 are located on the second floor, while bedrooms 4 and 5 are located on the third floor. The second floor is home to all three bedrooms, including the master suite, which features a private balcony and sweeping views of the ocean. The third floor offers a range of amenities, including a pool table, air hockey and ski ball. Glass doors open up to a giant balcony with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, and panoramic views of Newport Beach.
