HOME LOCATION
This property is centrally located on 53rd Street North of Newport Pier on Seashore Dr. Our Home sits one block back from the beaches of West Newport Beach, a less crowded stretch of shoreline that's beloved by local surfers.. You can walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.
For those of you with kids, West Newport Park is just a few blocks away with basketball, tennis, and racketball courts along with a full playground making this home an ideal location for families.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.
- Primary guest must be 30+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10pm - 7 am.
- No Rooftop Deck/Jacuzzi Access after 10pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.

- Garage Parking for 2 vehicles is provided. Compact and Mid-Size vehicles are recommended. No parking on the driveway or blocking the garage is permitted.
