You can walk or ride bikes to anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.
For those of you with kids, Balboa Park is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.

Multi Family home / Shared Space - Our Property is a legal Duplex, you rent BOTH HOMES in this listing. Home 1 is the Lower (ground level) 2 Bed 1 Bath while home 2 is the Upper (2nd Level over garage) 2 bed 1 bath. Home 2 has (1) set of stairs.
Air-Conditioning This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.
Parking Details (4) Designated parking spots are provided, (2) garage and (2) Driveway Spots.
Laundry Washer and Dryer are located in the garage and is coin operated.
High Chair & Pack 'n Play High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Loved our stay here. It was in a great location and had lots of space. We did message the property manager 2 days before we left, but never received a response, other than that we loved our stay.
Perfect location! 5min walk to the pier and all the restaurants and a close drive to anything else you might need. Property was spotless and had bikes and chairs (some not in the shape) to use while there. Laundry was a big plus as well. Would love to stay here again.
