Summary:
Noll View is a beautifully renovated coastal home overlooking the northern bays of Waiheke, an easy walk to Oneroa Village and close to both Oneroa and Little Oneroa beaches. With light-filled interiors, modern furnishings, and wide-open views, it’s a comfortable, relaxed base for guests wanting a peaceful stay within walking distance of cafés, galleries, and the beach.
The Space:
Noll View combines clean, modern design with easy indoor–outdoor living. The main level brings together the living room, dining area, and kitchen in an open-plan layout that’s bright, welcoming, and framed by large bi-fold doors opening onto the deck. The connection to the outdoors makes the whole home feel open and airy, and the deck is a perfect place for simple meals, morning coffee, or unwinding in the late afternoon sun.
The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless appliances and everything you need for relaxed, everyday cooking. A separate laundry and powder room sit nearby on the same level. Two queen bedrooms are positioned on this floor, along with a full bathroom finished in soft, neutral tones.
Upstairs, the master suite feels private and peaceful, with its own ensuite, a second lounge area, and a small deck that captures the coastal outlook. The upstairs living area is a quiet retreat for reading or spending time between swims and village visits. The home has been furnished with a mix of designer pieces and character touches, giving it a warm, easy atmosphere throughout.
Large windows on both levels bring in sea breezes and natural light, and the elevated position provides long, sweeping views across the water and surrounding hillsides.
