-Children Welcome.
-Parking for 1 car available on site. Extras only by agreement with owner.
-Maximum of 5 occupants.
-Water is tank supply. Keep showers brief.
-Mobile phone coverage is greatly improved with our new cell tower.
-No Smoking on the property.

-Noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
