8 mins drive from Picton. Clean tidy cosy bach close to boat ramp , lookout etc has own mooring to tie up to a 7mtr boat etc straight out front of bach own private beach etc just so relaxing an awesome can view the seals , fish an bird life from top deck etc seafood mussels n Kina , paua ,crayfish at door step straight off lower porch very scenic can watch the cruise ships n ferries cruise by amazing sunsets also

The most amazing views and ocean life to watch. Just stunning. As in pictures this is an older house but so much space and privacy and the location makes up for any shortfalls.

The wow factor when you walk in.The steep steps a bit challenging for oldies, and parking was precarious.on the last morning we had no hot water until 10am as we were leaving it trickled back on.!!! we loved it .
