Amongst other things including a paddleboard, life jackets, barbeque etc.)
Bedroom first bedroom has a queen size bed plus a single bed plus a spare mattresses which can go on the floor. The main bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has double bed.
The sleep out can sleep 4 comfortably and has a new queen bed and a queen futon fold down couch bed.

- Recently renovated. Perfect shared spaces inside and out for enjoyment and hosting.

Special conditions:
As we are on tank water linen, sheets and towels are not included but can be hired in for $40 per person.
Smoking and Vaping allowed outside only
Cleaning (NZ$120.00 per stay);
It is not officially accessible but there is only two small steps onto deck at the back and then level into the house. Toilet not wheel accessible. But house next door is wheelchair accessible with ramp, wheelchair toilet and shower.

Kia ora, Our names are Anna and Ross Davis and we are originally from Auckland and have lived many years in Wellington. We are part of a large Māori, Pākehā and Moana Pacific families.
Why they chose this property
We bought the bach as we love sailing and mucking around on the water in small boats. We hope the kids love climbing one of the regions most beautiful pohutukawa trees, paddle boarding at high tide and even at low tide we love the long walks across the harbour. Bring old shoes or sandals.
What makes this property unique
Recently renovated, perfect private and shared spaces inside and out for enjoyment and hosting.
