The well-appointed kitchen features all of the cooking, serving, and eating utensils you’ll need for any family feast. The large, open-concept living area is perfect for socializing, eating, and enjoying the big screen TV or just gathering together to play a game or work on a jigsaw puzzle.

The location is ideal for golf lovers. The Woodlands Golf Course and driving range is just a short walk away. Enjoy views of the fairways from the back deck or the large windows of your private master suite. Walk to McDivot’s Cafe for anything from a simple breakfast, a quick lunch, or an afternoon aperitif.

If skiing is more your style, hit the slopes of Mt. Bachelor, just 24 minutes away, then come home to wind down with your favorite beverage in the luxurious hot tub, large enough to spread out and enjoy with friends.

The Eaglewood Townhouses are located between the 1st and 10th holes of the Woodlands Golf Course in Sunriver. For those who love to golf, it’s an easy stroll to the clubhouse or the driving range. If walking or biking is more your style, enjoy the many trails that intersect nearby. It’s an easy walk to the river, the North Store, or along the golf course. The Lava Lands trailhead is just a short walk away.

- LOCATION -
Sunriver is well situated for your active lifestyle. Hiking trails abound in the nearby BLM land and national forest, some beginning just a short walk from our home. There are hundreds of lakes nearby, back country trails, wilderness areas, boating, canoeing, skiing, snowboarding, wildlife viewing… or just simply relaxing and enjoying the fresh scent of juniper on a hot Central Oregon summer day.

- GETTING AROUND -
Getting around Sunriver is easy. There is a large network of well-marked walking/biking trails. A trip to the store is as easy as hopping on one of our many bikes and riding a few short minutes to the store or local restaurants. You may, of course, take a car to anywhere in Sunriver, but you'll enjoy the trip much more on one of the bikes in the garage.
