The Oasis Retreat awaits you! From the remodeled top notch kitchen with built in bar to the spa-like bathrooms. with pebbles beneath your toes in the master bath and vessel sinks in the main bathroom, no stone has been left untouched for your wonderful vacation. Roll out of bed in the master bath and enjoy the slide at the pool or just lounge on the deck while your furry friend runs in the fenced in yard. No need to worry about hurricanes. The front window, back window are all hurricane proof. The rest of windows/sliders have awnings and/or coverings. Computer lovers have access to and may enjoy the computer, printer and scanner conveniently located in the back bedroom.

Excellent Choice

This home exceeded our expectations. We traveled to Florida to spend Christmas with our new granddaughter and our daughter and son in law that live nearby. It was clean, comfortable and very convenient to visit family in the area. Would book it again in a minute. Beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed.

Somewhat disappointed

House and yard are nice. Except: Window in back bedroom did not shut. Had used worn out tape on it that didn’t stick anymore so could hear a/c unit all night long. Also, after finding pool and hot tub cold contacted owner to fine it is set on a timer for 10-5 during 85 degrees days. Still never warmed up enough to use either. Had I known I would have stayed at another location since pool was important for kids.

Truly a home away from home

Our stay at the Legal Beach Bum Retreat was great, we spend 24 days here in October/Nov. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the house is a good size, the pool was refreshing and the location is great... quaint places to eat, coffee shop and ice cream all within a short walk. It was a quiet area and only a few miles from the beach. The property manager was quick to reply if/when I had any questions.

Perfect vacation getaway

We loved our stay here. This was our second visit and both times were great!! Randy was quick in responding to any questions we had. The location was perfect to get to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place in the area!

We took our daughter for her high school graduation and it was nothing short of amazing! It was very accommodating and clean. We will definitely stay again! The location made everything so easy! A 5-10 minute drive to anything! Thank you for sharing your home Randy!! We made some amazing memories!

The pool was a hit!

My family of 4 spent almost a week at this property and it met all our needs. My girls loved the pool and having their own bedroom. Randy the host was accommodating and responsive. I would recommend.

Beautiful Home

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was in the perfect location with a little bit of everything close by and being only 15 minutes from the sports complex. Randy was an awesome host. We will be booking again with Randy in the future.

Love the location. First time traveling with our dog, and the neighborhoods were great for walking. Also conveniently located between 2 dog-friendly beaches. Gallery Grill, Perk, and the Scoop Shack are favorites an easy walk away.

Florida vacation

Everything was accurate except the pool and hot tub, the hot tub is advertised as just that and it is not, there is no heater for the hot tub and so it is just a tub. We chose this VRBO house on the fact that it was supposed to have a hot tub, very upset about that, we planned to sit in it, in the evenings and mornings with coffee. No patio table and chairs either, could not eat breakfast or dinner outside by the pool. I read an old review that mentioned no heater. It was too late I had already booked almost a year prior. Please take hot tub off of your list of amenities

I have lived in my wonderful home since 1993 after the birth of my daughter. It is a great, safe, quiet neighborhood with so much to do within walking distance. We have two parks, shopping, restaurants, excellent schools and places of worship. The beach is only 2 miles away. I raised two children here, and although Tequesta will always hold a special place in my heart, my other home is in the mountains of North Carolina.

Why they chose this property

Homesnacks.net ranks Tequesta as the third safest city in the State of Florida. My house is less than a mile from the police department and fire department. It is off the beaten path, but yet has quick access to the highway through Hobe Sound. It is close to both Stuart and West Palm Beach.
We just added a computer and desk to one bedroom for your convenience and for those who need to work on vacation. We also maintain a clean and safe environment.

What makes this property unique

Slide in the back yard pool, Nice size bedrooms, 2 miles to beach on Jupiter Island, Walk to churches, parks, restaurants, shops. Computer and desk in one bedroom. Flat screen tv's in all of the bedrooms. Fenced in back yard for furry friends.
