Having a garage was great! Bathrooms are clean and updated and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. 10-15 uber ride to Broadway. The host had great communication and there were no issues at all with our stay.

Alex was an amazing host. His communication couldn’t have been any better. Out of all the hosts I have had, he was by far the best. His place was clean and in a great location. We went down for the Eagles game and the stadium/ broadway was a short uber drive. Thanks Alex for everything. We will be back!

Could not have been better! Seven females aged 22-82 enjoyed this perfect facility. Great location for anything you want to do in Nashville. Host was super kind and quickly responded to all queries. We loved having the bedrooms on three different floors and sounds didn’t carry. Lots of good dishes and cookware. Good neighborhood. Highly recommend!

I thought it was a very good place. Rooftop is a lot of fun just like being outside. The house had all the accommodations you need. A lot of room very clean. A seven to 10 Uber ride to downtown, which was great. And there was also a place we checked out around the unit like a brewery of pizza place etc. very nice.

Bed in bunk room had a poor mattress. Tons of garbage littered outside but it was from the adjacent property. A little farther from Broadway than advertised. We were not able to use the rooftop deck due to rain but it was nice! Overall great property with ample space for everyone. We love Nashville! Host was great with allowing us early check in!
