Featuring comfortable sofas and chairs, beautiful wood furniture, and attractive wall art, this vacation rental is the perfect place to enjoy a rustic mountain vacation with all the comforts of home! The north building is the closest to Lionshead Village and all the great shops and restaurants! In the building you will find the gym/fitness room and hot tub on the main level, as well as the convenient washer and dryers. Don’t fret if you’ve left any gear behind back at home! Charter Sports, located near the lobby entrance, has you covered for all your outdoor activity needs. Lion Square Lodge amenities include hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool with changing rooms, a fitness center, concierge, ski valet, the El Sabor restaurant, and free parking, all within walking distance of local bus transportation.

The private balcony features beautiful mountain and village views and is a great spot to savor your first cup of coffee in the morning. The living area makes for great entertaining, and you'll love watching your favorite movies on the TV with plenty of late-night snacks and good wine. Did someone say ski-in/ski-out access? You'll have Born Free Express Lift 8 and Eagle Bahn Gondola 19 right across from the suite. Plus, there is a shared fitness center, a heated pool, and hot tubs to take advantage of as well!

Traveling with a larger group? This vacation rental is directly next to unit 392, with a keyed door connecting the condos.

Wonderful stay, great location

We took a short ski vacation to visit my son who is working at Vail. This was our first time out here and we couldn’t have picked a better place. It took a minute to figure out how to get in the gate (just press for front desk to let you in) but after that Lions Square took care of everything! The unit was exactly as described and more than enough room for our family of four. The location to the slopes is unparalleled. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Very attentive staff. Cleaning came daily. Basic kitchen with general items for cooking. Great location. Nice Mountain View off the balcony. The bedroom is a little dark. There is a window but it is on the walkway for the building so kept the blinds closed. Really enjoyed and would stay again

This is a very roomy and comfortable one bedroom condo with a great location and view. The condo was very clean, nice furnishings, comfortable bed, including the murphy bed, and had everything we needed. The full kitchen was nice but very small and only meant for one person at a time. The bathrooms were clean but could use some updating but did their job. Overall, this was a really great condo and would recommend and stay again.

We did like the location of this Unit. Bed and couch were comfortable. Fireplace was nice. But if other units are available, I would not book this one since it is not well stocked, dated wall colors, dated furniture, very dark. Needs lighting update throughout the condo.

Lovely Valentines ski trip

Everything was as advertised or better. I loved the shuttle service and the men driving. All staff were so helpful and nice. Hot tub only disappointment, small and very uninviting. Didn't use. Also, I would suggest a rubber scraper in the kitchen. Hard to make scrambled eggs without one.

This condo was everything we needed for our small getaway. The space: Beautifully appointed condo! There is a bedroom as well as a Murphy bed available in the living room if needed. Two bathrooms. Kitchen is small, but has everything we needed. Bring your own oils and spices if you need more than salt and pepper. Temperature: We ran the box fan on the patio the entire time to keep the living room receiving cool air, but the bedroom stays warmer so ask for an extra fan if needed. The location: Literally a two minute walk to Lionshead and the Gondola. You can tell the owners have poured love into this condo. We would definitely return to this spot!

We usually stay in Vail Village but decided to change to Lionshead this year. The unit is spacious and the location, amazing. Walk to the grocery store and the Ski Valet for guests is located at the base of the gondola - so nice to ski down and hand over those skies to grab the following day. Walk to Vail village or take the free bus that stops steps from your door every ten minutes. Great stay!!!

We usually stay in Vail Village but decided to try Lionshead this visit. The home is larger than it looks in photos and the location is incredible. Large bedroom and well appointed kitchen. So nice to ski down the mountain at the end of the day and hand your skies over to a ski valet. Walk to wonderful shopping and restaurants - Vail village is a quick walk or shuttle bus ride away. The shuttle runs all day so the wait time is minimal. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect location to everything. Can walk or talk bus. Pool was great and condo was clean and well kept. Keep in mind, no AC in mtn condos. I bit warm at night in bedrooms. Since this condo is located in the center of Lionshead and condo complexes are close to each other, the sound carries easily. Dogs barking, people talking can be heard all the time. People below us were up till 2 am talking and it was loud. Call front desk, they did respond but people don’t care about others trying to sleep and relax. Besides that, nice.

Great Unit; parking can be an issue

Came back for dinner July 3rd at 8:30 and literally no parking enforcement on property; Had to pay $35 overnight to park at Lionshead public lot. Other than that, it is a great property. NO A/C can be an issue if fires or heat are in Vail that week. But a great property overall.

Exceeded All Expectations

We originally had reservations at the Marriott and changed to the Lion Square property for added living space. Soooooo glad we did. The property has a front desk and concierge that will take care of all of your immediate needs and the location could not be better. Charter Sports has a location at Lion Square and Lion Square North making it super convenient to rent and return ski equipment. Absolutely love this place!
