Property owner is nice and responsive. I’m used to small hotel rooms, but man, this is small. I’ve stayed at places this small, but the space is not efficiently used here. It didn’t work out for me. It’s actually smaller than it looks on pictures. Might work for a solo teenaged boy traveling with one backpack. Forget it if you have a single trunk.

This was a great place to stay, but I have to note that it is truly tiny! The bed comes down from the ceiling, which means any items that are in the living space (table & chairs as pictured, upright suitcases, etc) have to be moved prior to bringing down the bed.

Excellent use of a small space! The key to the door was tricky but otherwise we had a great stay in a vibrant neighborhood full of restaurants and shopping, and very close to the Metro station. At first we wondered where the towels were--but we found them when we pulled the Murphy bed down. Everything we needed was provided. Apartment felt safe with entrance and windows on a private courtyard.

Excellent use of a small space!

This mini studio had everything we needed in a vibrant neighborhood full of restaurants and shopping. Felt safe with the entrance and windows in a private courtyard. The key to the door is tricky but otherwise we had a great stay. Couldn't find the towels at first, but we just needed to pull down the Murphy bed to find everything laid out for us. Nice location on several Metro lines, just a block away from the Metro station.

6/10 Okay

Amazing Location, but…

This is definitely a cozy space! The two main issues we had were the fact that we couldn’t find any “closet” space that was alluded to in the listing, and the Murphy bed didn’t work. We may have given it closer to 5 (at least a 4) if the Murphy bed worked because it would allow us to have at least a tiny bit of space to get ready without constantly having to squeeze around each other. For a single person, this place is GREAT! For a couple or more, it may be more worthwhile to find a place with at least a little more storage space/working items. Overall we made due, and had a generally good experience, but it was definitely not what we were hoping/expecting.

Oferece um preço competitivo em Paris, a localização é boa (zona movimentada mas não ouvimos barulho durante a noite, muito perto do metro e com supermercado e restaurantes ao lado) recomendo para duas pessoas e uma estadia de poucos dias
