This tastefully furnished holiday home with pool is set in the village Tar. Only a few metres from the house there is a shop, a restaurant, a café and the Lanterna campsite, where the nearest beaches are located. In the enclosed garden of 800 sqm, guests have at their disposal a swimming pool of 40 sqm with salt water, 8 deckchairs, a beautiful and well-kept garden around the pool, a covered terrace with outdoor dining table and a parking space.

Villa Gloria has an area of 270 sqm and is spread over two air-conditioned floors. The ground floor has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and separate toilet. On the second floor of the house there are 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and SAT-TV. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Der Hausverwalter Zoran hat sich sehr gut um unsere Belange gekümmert, wir wurden sehr freundlich e

Der Hausverwalter Zoran hat sich sehr gut um unsere Belange gekümmert, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und er hat uns viele Tipps für Restaurants und Bademöglichkeiten gegeben. Das Haus wirkt sehr neu, alles ist sauber und gepflegt, es gibt einige Stellplätze (ca. 4-5) für PKWs im eingezäunten bzw. abgesperrten Grundstück. Der Ort Tar-Vabriga an sich ist sehr klein und bietet relativ wenig Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, mit dem Auto ist man aber in ein paar Minuten in Porec und weiteren Orten, in denen mehr los ist. Positiv an der Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls hervorzuheben, dass sich fußläufig (ca. 2 min) ein sehr großer Supermarkt befindet, so dass man nie das Auto braucht und auch am Morgen schon für das Frühstück einkaufen kann, das war wirklich toll. Alles in allem ein sehr tolles Haus und ein sehr toller Urlaub.
