Easy check in. Host was available with just a phone call. Had a water issue and is was resolved within the hour. I would definitely consider this place again if I am in the niagara area.

The property host is awesome

The property host will go out of his way to make sure that your stay is perfect or else he will make you whole. If you have a rental car it's the perfect location.

We loved our stay at this quiet yet close to town home. The house was super spacious and had plenty of room for sleeping. The fireflies at night that covered the backyard were the bonus and made our stay extra special. Our host was amazing at communicating with us and ensuring our stay was amazing. Thank you so much!! We loved Canada and your lovely home.

Family vacation

The host responded quickly, but was unable to have the yard cut before we arrived or while we were there . This was very disappointing as the grass was as high as children’s knees

I booked a VRBO expecting a comfortable stay, but the reality was disappointing. The property had mold, was dirty, and had unfinished sections, which was misrepresented in the listing. Thankfully, the host provided a full refund. I hope they'll improve the place for future guests.

Vaca to Niagara Falls

Fit all of our family, lots of space for sleeping. Each couple could have their own room. Communication from owner was good. About 15/20mins from Niagara Falls. Lots of backyard space which was nice (besides the bugs) but was excluded from busy towns and was a quiet area. Niagara river was more of a drive down the road not as close as we thought from pictures. Pictures of house didn’t entirely match what the house looked like. More of an unfinished house. Nervous about for sale sign in front yard. Took pictures of previous damage to the house for security purposes. But overall enjoyed our stay it worked for us, just needed a place to sleep that fit our big group.

We were disappointed with the accessibility into the house (many steps) because we had a family member with a physical disability. Also the house was not cleaned prior to our stay. We were unable to utilize the downstairs due to steep stairs, unfinished spaces and temperature. There was no way for us to adjust thermostat as we couldn’t locate one. Pictures listed on site are not reflective of the house. We ended our trip early due to several issues with the house. Grass wasn’t mowed, garbage bags piled up at the end of the driveway, used towels were hanging on the door and in the bathroom.

We had a blast! We used this place for my bestie's bachelorette and we had an amazing stay with everyone! It was very cute and so nice to have everyone all in the same place. Most things were pretty clean and there was no real issues.

It was a nice house, however when we arrived there was dishes in the dishwasher we had to take care of and towels in dryer which in all our other VRBOs all of that was taken care of. The description also said fully equipped kitchen there was maybe 3 spoons and 3 forks for our family of 5. I will say when we arrived we found a rusted firepit and no coffee pot. I let the Host know and they brought us one. It is very convenient location on and off highway.
