It has a garden with furniture, awning, plancha and grill, a private swimming pool open from early April to late September and heated from June to September, Internet access via Wi-Fi and a television, radio and DVDs. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and gas hobs, a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher and washing machine, a filter coffee maker and a Senseo, a toaster, kettle and citrus press. A travel cot and high chair for baby are provided, as well as a potty and child seat in the downstairs toilet.
