Need to recharge your batteries in South Brittany? Between sea and countryside, and in the heart of the Regional Natural Park, Baden is the perfect place! Come and put your suitcases in the Thy Lou cottage and enjoy its private, heated and covered swimming pool between two getaways! This comfortable and spacious holiday rental thanks to its 180 m² is composed as follows: - On the ground floor: a large living room opening onto the terrace and welcoming the living room, the living room and the fitted kitchen. Also on this level: a bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190), a shower room, two separate toilets and a laundry room (with dishwasher). - Upstairs: a mezzanine converted into a small living room, a bedroom for 4 people (1 bed 140 x 190 and 1 bed 160x190 adjustable to 2 x 80), two double bedrooms (2 beds 140 x 190), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside: a large garden in front of the house, a large south/west facing terrace and the 8.5 x 4.5 m swimming pool (accessible from Easter to the end of September and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. in order to maintain the tranquility of the place) . Two private parking spaces. The cottage is composed of a full basement (not accessible) used by the owners who live next to the cottage. In the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, Baden is a town very popular with holidaymakers for its quality of life and its many possibilities for outdoor activities that will delight young and old alike! Tennis, horse riding, hiking from the rental and even golf (accessible just a stone's throw from the cottage for lovers of the green!) For lovers of yachting, fishing and water sports, the Gulf is an open-air recreation area! The Ile aux Moines and the Ile d'Arz can be discovered by day via the Port Blanc pier (10 minutes from the gîte). For swimming, opt for the beach of the 7 islands which discovers a sandbank at high tide and enjoy the private swimming pool with a sliding cover guaranteeing water heated to 25°C!

Maison agréable avec tout ce qu’il faut , rien ne manque ..Suggestion.. barrière piscine ( enfants)protection au niveau des pavés dû parasol.Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants et disponiblent , car habitent sur le même terrain et rendent visite régulièrement.Nous reviendrons sans hésiter
