You can choose to relax in the sunshine on the large covered private deck in the backyard or if you wish to explore the area, you have easy access to Brighton Beach and the Otokia Creek Reserve just across the road or The Brighton Boat Shed, local Dairy/Shop for all your essentials and our friendly local cafe are all within meters! So sit back and relax in the peace and tranquility of the sea air - all whilst being within 15-20 minutes drive from the heart of Dunedin's CBD!

We loved the property, a great part of Dunedin, the weather was perfect for good measure. Close to the beautiful beach, loads of cafes, restaurants etc all close by.The house has a great out door BBQ & relaxing area. A fantastic couple of days for our crew. Many thanks Crystal & Derek.
