Madeira Norte #409 - Beginning May 4, 2026, the pool will be shut down for approximately a month while the pool is being resurfaced. Call today to inquire about potential discounts on affected nights.

Unparalleled beach and gulf views from your private 30 foot balcony. Higher floor corner unit affords privacy and peace and quiet. Updated granite chef's kitchen with stainless appliances. Tiled throughout with updated tile and granite baths. Master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bath, and access to the balcony. Guest bedroom has one queen bed and a Smart TV (no cable). Open spacious dining and living area opens to the beach front balcony. Washer and dryer in unit. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

This unit has one assigned parking space.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

It was very hit and miss. 4 flights probably did me some good but for an older person probably not so good.

Spectacular views, perfect location!!

Beautiful spacious fully equipped corner condo. The large balcony has epic views of the coastline and Gorgeous sunsets. Loved it!!

Loved the condo! We had a great time. Kitchen very well stocked with whatever you need (not including food). Could have been a little cleaner. Black stuff (mold/soap scum) built up around shower doors, handheld shower. Floors could use a little scrubbing. Bathroom rugs are a trip hazard and won't stay still. For handicaps: there are no bars in shower and you have to step over into it. Bring your own shower chair and shower transfer bench. I don't know if the hosts provide them because I didn't ask....we're used to everyone saying no....but would be great if those were provided upon request.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Madeira Norte! The condo was perfectly situated on the gulf & it was clean & beautiful! The pool was clean too. We were never sent the lock box codes for checking in late which caused us some stress upon arrival, but I was able to call someone about it who called to give us the code. So just make sure you get those codes if your arrival will be at night after the office is closed. I want to stay there again next year.

Very nice condo. Great location right across from John's Pass. Amazing balcony and beach views. Beach was phenomenal. Equipment provided. Was able to check in early. Pool was a little small. Was told it's heated, but we didn’t use. Overall nice stay. Unfortunately, the only issue we encountered was, when we booked, the guest bedroom was advertised and pictured with a tv in it, only for there not to be one when we checked in (which, with 2 teens, proved to be a little bit of an inconvenience). Nicole in the rental office was extremely nice and arranged for a loaner tv to be provided; however, it was discovered that there was no cable hookup in the bedroom. We were told that the office would follow up with the owner to inquire about the cable connection and mix up. When I followed up to see if they were able to reach the owner, unfortunately, another employee (who will remain nameless for purposes of this review) was extremely rude, sarcastic, and inconsiderate and basically told me that, at the time I booked, the advertisement was inaccurate and there was nothing she could do and no one else I could speak to. Fortunately, the day we checked out, I was able to obtain the information for the manager and will be sending a separate email to address this issue. Again, overall, the condo was great and it now appears that the listing and pictures have been updated. Thanks again to Nicole for her empathy and attempt to assist!
