About this property
The Historic Pearl !!!
Our Historic home is one of the first buildings in Johnson City. We have worked to keep the vintage vibes with the comfort of a fun stay right on the square in Johnson City only a block from 'The Wine Row'. Enjoy our 8 bedrooms, living room, large dining room, kitchen, kitchenette, library/sitting room, quaint patio and balcony over looking our little square.
The space
Our space was one of the very first buildings built in Johnson City. It was once not only 'The Pearl' for lodging but at different times has also been home to the school house and post office in our past.
