We had a delightful stay. The fire was cozy and heated the space well but there were also plenty of warm blankets for anyone who needed extra. We would happily stay again!

Great location, lovely and tidy. Very warm having fireplace and wood and kindling was all ready. Very comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen, even a good quality trampoline if you have kids. Was great that I was allowed to bring my dog

Apart from the tight but reasonable access for our vehicle, the property was great. The fireplace was welcome for the cold days and nights - and the instructions were clear to follow for its maintenance. Rooms were cozy and easily met our needs. It was difficult to access some channels on the television - but I believe that may have been due to reception in the area.

House was clean though sliding door front and TV had lots of hand printsThe extra van top needed a clean Kitchen dish washer had a faulty latch however did its job . Really recommend owners to purchase family size Air fryer we bought our own.Not enough knives forks galore only 1 teal towl.Best comfortable bed in master bedroom. Other queen bedroom family kept knocking there leg when moving past the bed . Bunk beds need Allen key to tighten .Great showers fantastic fire .Front gate needs an adjustment so can bolt properly to close Over all rating 3 out of 5Was expensive but thats Hanmer reality 4 adults 2 children therefore with a reasonable budget. Our Host Kylie who we lised with was fantastic. Big big bonus there was a smart TV with sky sport Chanel able to watch live Rugby and league and football. Loved out family weekend

Very close to main rd, quiet, exceptionally clean, lovely bedding and sheets, plenty of extra bedding if required. Well equipped everything you need. Would highly recommend it to others.
