Popular Family friendly, Modern Cosy Bach,+ WiFi, 21 Devon Street Hanmer Springs

As with the Kiwi Bach Culture you are required to clean the property prior to your departure ready for the next guest. If you do not wish to do this we can employ a cleaning company to do this for you, please just ask when booking and we can add this to your reservation.
Guests to provide own linen. Linen hire available please request costs at booking if required. Plenty of pillows, duvets and blankets are provided.

A cleaning service and/or linen hire can be added to your booking for $90 Cleaning, $5 Per Towel, $17 Per Bed Linen, $8 Per Bed Making, please just ask and we will arrange this and send you the charge.

A hugely popular standalone modern well insulated home on a well secured flat section, with front gates and plenty of off street parking. A stress free getaway for you, your kids and/ or your pets.

Opening the bifold doors from the breakfast bar you can enjoy the flow to the outdoor patio with BBQ, or leave the kids inside on the big TV, Unlimited WiFi, internet TV, games and toys for endless entertainment.

Your warmth and comfort will be meet with this high spec insulated/ double glazed property and via the heat pump as well as gas heating.

Only a 10 minute stroll to the hot pools or 3 minutes to the golf course or a short drive to the best ski fields. We invite you to enjoy our cute family bach, set up for all day sun with bifold doors, north facing sheltered patio and views to Mt Dunblane.

Pet Policy:
We are happy to accommodate your furry friends but ask that no animals on beds or furniture and they sleep in there crates, and you cleanup any window marks and doggy doo prior to will avoid the chance of being charged an additional cleaning fee.

Checkin at 3pm and Checkout at 11am if you are cleaning the property yourself or 10am if you have paid for a cleaning service.

Cosy Holiday Home

Cosy home with lovely outdoor area and views of the mountains from all windows. Warm and plenty of bedding. Short walking distance to the township. Enjoyed our stay and being able to have our little dog with us an extra bonus.

Fantastic Stay in Hanmer Springs

A lovely, tidy, cosy home. Not far from town and in a nice quiet street. Had everything we needed. The dog enjoyed her stay too . Loved all the biking and walking tracks and of course the pools. Had a fantastic time and hope to be back soon!

The property had everything we needed and it’s fully fenced, rating it highly as pet friendly.

The house was warm and recently refurbished. We were very comfortable staying there and we will probably return. We are looking forward to another great ski on the mountain.

Cozy Kiwi Bach

Cozy bach with everything we needed. Warm heat pump. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog, and the fully fenced yard was perfect for this.

Lovely, Comfortable and Warm

Lovely home close to Hanmer. Fully fenced for our dogs to enjoy our holiday with us which was a huge bonus! One of the recliners is on its way out (we had a wee accident with it tipping back) but if your careful it's workable. Very warm, cozy and quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Dog friendly house in very quiet part of Hanmer

Great house- has all the little touches that make a stay easy- every utensil, pot,pan, extension cords, torch, candles and matches (for when the power went out briefly one night). A gazillon power points wherever you look. Selection of books and videos and lots of play things for children (if we had brought any). In short all the things a well established bach should have. Plus very comfy bed and sofa/ lazyboys. Will be back to this super quiet little street a little bit away from the crowds in the weekends.

Lovely house great location Disappointed the iron was not at the property rang property mgmt and got no solution they could of lent us an iron for a hour to iron our clothes and we would of returned it promptly next time I won’t trust the amenities listed and bring my own

Loved the Bach, very warm and comfortable. The only thing is, we were told by book a Bach that they would email the code to get the keys at 3pm. They didn’t, we have to chase the property own to get the code.

I hadnt read the fine print so hadnt taken any, sheets and pillow cases, however luckily there was enough in the draws to sort it, however we had to sleep on pillows with just the protection cover, and problem was we didnt discover this until after 5 when office is closed, we didnt mind all this but its just something worth noting. Esp for late arrivals when you are at the pools all day.

Not much storage space as every surface has trinkets and 'stuff' on it, and the cupboards have bedding, hoover, etc. in them. The heat pump is quite noisy, the oven is vintage (doesn't have a fan or heat evenly, and smells rather badly when you use it to cook anything), and there wasn't enough toilet paper so we ended up buying our own. Also, the WiFi code in the instructions is different to that at the address, although we found that easily enough after failing to log in to the WiFi a few times. A small sharp knife would be a useful addition to the kitchen utensils. Aside from that - we loved it!
