This beautiful 2 story house located close to the Bermagui Wharf, beaches, river, cafes, shops, golf course and country club. This generously sized home can host families, fishermen, golfers and any water enthusiast. Sit on the front deck for a BBQ or in front room with views to Mt Gulaga and beach.
Make you way through this home from the lower level with 3rd bedroom and second bathroom and laundry, continue up the beautiful timber light filtering stairs to the top level lounge room with kitchen, sun filled dining and sitting room area with expansive windows to take in the view. This level then has 2 bedroom and bathroom with shower over bath. Access available to upstairs separately from outside to the dining area.

The main bedroom has a queen bed with built in robes.
