Located in beautiful Canal Corkran, on the east side of Coastal Highway, this spacious end unit townhouse features and open living area, 4 bedrooms and a 1st floor sleeping den, great community pool, easy access to bike trail, pond front patio and sun deck and off street parking!
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen
Bedroom 2: 1 King W 3/4 Ba
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen W Pvt 3/4 Bath
Bedroom 4: 4 Twin (2 Sets Of Bunks)
Bedroom 5: 1 Double Sofa Bed
Other: 2 Twins On 2nd Floor Landing
Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
