Mark is a friendly, effective communicator. The view from every room is amazing, and evenings on the massive deck were quiet and picturesque. We DEFINITELY recommend staying here!

We booked this home for a family vacation (3 generations) - the view was amazing and the house was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, loved the pillows. Beautiful kitchen for all our cooking needs. Mark was quick to any questions we had. The location was perfect for our golfers as well as our young people that liked to visit the Cavendish Boardwalk.Thanks,Jean G

Lovely, clean, well equipt home. Close to main attractions. View was outstanding! We had a wonderful time with ages from three to 82. Honestly, it was better than the photos and everyone was pleased.

Beautiful property!

I booked The Lookout for friends to stay at, as I was hosting an event at Mark's other property - The Landing. The house feels brand new & has a beautiful interior. Great views & was a true complement to our stay at The Landing. Highly recommend booking.

The home is spacious, very well equiped, in a terrific location and immaculately clean. The host was prompt and attentive to our questions. Technically there are five bedrooms. However, one of the bedrooms has no windows, egress or ventilation. This bedroom was not displayed on the listing. Instead a alternate angle of the main bedroom was displayed as the 5th bedroom.

Our listing currently has two pictures/angles of each of the three upstairs bedrooms; it was not our intention to have these alternate angles seen as the downstairs bedrooms. Our property description notes that photos of the downstairs bedrooms are incoming as we did not have an opportunity to have professional photos taken post-renovation, prior to this rental season. Lovely, immaculate house

We came with teens, adults and seniors and had an amazing time. The house was perfect - so clean, mint condition and well stocked with everything we needed. The owners are lovely and we can’t say enough about how nice this property is. Definitely coming back.
