You will surely enjoy our modern new house with 1 king and 1 queen-sized bedroom and a spacious living area, including a fully-equipped kitchen, ample seating for relaxation and dining plus great city views. All just a stone's throw from downtown. Close proximity to the C-train, Elbow River Pathways, MNP Sports Center, Macleod Trail, Chinook Mall, the Stampede Grounds, the Saddledome, BMO Center, Mission District and 17th Ave.
The master bedroom with a spa-like ensuite bathroom offers you great views of the city. The fully equipped kitchen makes your meal preps a breeze and the large island counter as well as a dining table offers great comfort and space for families and friends to relax and dine.
There are a number of fantastic local craft breweries and distilleries in the immediate area, not to mention some wonderful pubs and restaurants just across the Elbow River in Mission. Parkhill is located amongst some of the nicest neighborhoods in the city (Elbow Park, Roxboro, Rideau Park, Elboya, Mount Royal) with easy access to beautiful walking paths along the Elbow River.
If you plan on staying longer and are interested in outdoor activities, please message us about hiking, biking and skiing in Banff and Kananaskis and how to access the parks. Floating on a raft down the Bow and Elbow Rivers is a popular summertime activity in Calgary - ask us about equipment and drop off/pick up.
