Amazing house exactly as described and pictured. Perfect for our family of four. It is close to the beach, Wawa, Soulberri (great coffee and smoothies and opens early!) and a few cute beach shops. Very clean with great amenities and beautifully decorated! Highly recommended!

My family and I have stayed in brigantine for about 15 years in multiple rentals! This by far was the most value for the amount we paid for rental. Very well maintained, bedrooms very nice sized and all furniture, electronics were newer and added to a very positive overall experience. When you walk in the front door it is a very welcoming feel and my family and I plan on returning to this property again.

The property was as advertized. It was however larger than I had anticipated. The only issue was the location was a long walk to any resturants on the island.Also note that Evolve should let you know that texting is the preferred method for communication with their host. Once that was established everything was OK.
