Beach Block Townhouse in the beautiful city of Brigantine. This 3 story townhome features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and 2 decks , located in the desirable south end of Brigantine in Coquille Beach Communities. Ample room for two families to spend a vacation together. The area is quiet with a few minute walk to the beach or drive to atlantic city. This house comes with all the amenities you could need including fully stocked kitchen, beach supplies, and wet bar just to name a few. The first floor offers an in law suite with full bathroom. The second floor offers open floor plan with deck to a partial view of the ocean, new kitchen and hardwood floors. If you have a 4x4 Vehicle you can purchase a special beach pass at Brigantine Community Center for $200 and drive on the beach. Access is located one block behind our house. Watching the sun come up and go down while on the back of your truck is great.
