One of the best locations in Olympic Valley & Tahoe. Wake up to mountain views, cool mountain air in a private home within Olympic Valley. We are off the Palisades ski area cut off, above the Everline Resort. The home has ample parking. Ski lifts, Everline Golf course and the Village at Palisades are just a few minutes away. No need to wait in weekend traffic on hwy 89. During winter, the home is on the Mountaineer shuttle route which drops at the Palisades Village and Everline Hotel. No need to drive !

Our spacious, modern and well appointed home, has a chef's kitchen with double oven and gas stove, comfortable layout for entertaining, two primary suites, 2 other bedrooms and is minutes from the Palisades Village. Great for skiing, hiking, biking, tennis, golf and Lake Tahoe vacations. A full four season vacation retreat.

The house also has a fully private home office with desk, monitor, large TV and the most important feature of all - a door lock.

We provide both a drip coffee system and a French Press. We have a BYOC Keurig system as well.

Pets are welcome but please alert us by registering in your reservation

We were completely comfortable during our entire 3 night stay. The house was built with quality in mind. Beautiful furnishings, appliances and finish including anything you might need to cook and entertain. We took the Palisades tram to High Camp for a great hike and breathtaking views. There are many places to rent bicycles of all kinds for a slightly graded 35-50 minute ride to Tahoe City at Lake Tahoe.

Overall, the house is nice and spacious. The hot tub was great, and the kitchen is especially nice and well equipped with lots of appliances.A few things to note: the study has a sofa bed, but it’s behind the garage and separated from the other bedrooms—you have to walk through the garage to get there.We had some maintenance and cleanliness issues. One toilet wouldn’t flush, and although we contacted the host, no one came to fix it, so that bedroom had to use a shared bathroom. The shower’s glass door also made a very loud clanking noise. Some bed sheets had visible stains, and there was quite a bit of dog/long hair on the sofa in the primary bedroom.Communication could also be better. On our first night, another group showed up at our door because the host had accidentally given them our address in their check-in message, which was uncomfortable and suggests a mix-up between properties.Check-in instructions weren’t provided in advance. I had to ask on check-in day, and although the host said they’d arrive that morning, we didn’t receive them until after the 4 PM check-in time.
