Beautiful mountain home (completely renovated in 2022) - 5 minute drive to Tahoe City and the Lake. Views of Olympic Valley and the mountains.

The backyard connects to private trailhead that offers hiking and mountain biking throughout Olympic Valley and Alpine.

Pickle ball courts are accessible for the Olympic Valley complex.

There is a complimentary, on-demand, Mountaineer Shuttle that runs December through April. The app is simple to use.

Short Term Rental Permit is held with Placer County.

Please note, Placer County mandates a 12.5% occupancy tax that is added to the booking.

A $1500 security deposit will be taken in the form of a pre-authorized hold on your credit card through our app. It will be released 7 days after your check-out.
