Enjoy a large patio in the front of the house and a covered patio in the back.
The property has patio furniture in back and front and does not have direct sun light into the bedrooms for most of the day.

We live in Canada and live Arizona from November to April. Unfortunately we cannot stay longer in the US due to immigration laws.
During the time we are not there we will be happy to rent out house and let you enjoy all the amenities of quail creek and out fully furnished house.
We believe a house should not be left alone and should always be filled with happy people.

Why they chose this property

Quail creek is all about enjoying your life. The neighbors and population are very helpful and nice. Be ready to welcome everyone down the street. Do not be surprised if you walk to the pickleball court and some golf cart stops and offers you a ride.
The dog part, gym, clubs and pools are always a place to meet new people. No one will ask you what you did before and what do you think about the political situation….
There is the outdoors and all the goodness of AZ.
We will not switch it with any other place!

What makes this property unique

The location of our house is just superb. It is close to everything by walking distance. There is a reason why we do not need a golf cart! The house has great views and is in a cul de sac which means no one gets there unless he lives there so no traffic!
Still it is few yards walk from the Main Street and close to walking trails. Getting out to shopping is really fast and you do not have to drive thru the whole community.
