If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.

A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.

Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.

The key safe was open and the key was not there, taken by the cleaners. The house was dusty and there were still cobwebs around. The sunroom floor had some dead insects on the floor. The bedrooms were large and the linen was fresh but the cupbards and amenities were old and tired. This accommodation is definitely old but lacks the charm. Good house for large family or group, back garden space was good. Not the extras we were hoping for in our trip.

We travelled to Launceston for a family funeral and had invited some family members back to the house Friday afternoon for refreshments afterwards. Unfortunately, the presentation and the cleanliness of the house need much to be desired. On arriving we immediately noticed the floors were dirty. The carpet rug in the lounge was dirty and stained. I rolled the carpet up and moved it to one of the bedrooms. We spent the first hour vacuuming the floors but only after I unblocked the provided vacuum cleaner. There were spider webs through all rooms. We also wiped down stains from the green couch in the lounge area. We could not get a signal for local stations on the TV in the lounge. The arial plug was loose and had a loose end fitting.The kitchen was grotty and well-worn and needs replacing. We wiped down all benches and cupboard doors and parts of the wall. The provided crockery was well-used and there was no way that we would use it particularly for our guests. We purchased new cups, platters, and paper plates. The glasses were ok but needed washing. The dishwasher was out of order. The bathroom looked like it was tiled by a home handyman. There was no toilet roll holder. The bath had a rust hole at the plug end. The bedrooms were cold and musty. There were few power points in the house. There was a mess of cords plugged into the power point near the bed in the middle bedroom, with the Wi-Fi modem just lying on the floor. I had safety concerns.
