Rentals are Sunday-to-Sunday, so driving traffic is usually light, for a relaxed arrival. Attractive Quiet Bethany Beach DE Vacation Home,. Detached House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Sleeps 8 in 5 Beds.
Master bedroom downstairs has King bed. Two large bedrooms upstairs each have two Queen beds (i.e., total of 4 Queens). Over-sized corner lot with fenced yard, large deck, tables/seating under the deck, and a really nice outdoor shower. For entertainment, 70-inch HDTV, TV-cable, hi-speed internet, and video library are provided.
House has a fully-equipped kitchen. The Kitchen has both Keurig and regular Cuisinart coffee makers. The house has central A/C and heat, with ceiling fans in every room.
The house is fully furnished, and has full-size clothes washer & dryer. The house is fully equipped, decorated, and stocked, so please be respectful. (Just bring your own linens and towels.)
This is a quiet private detached vacation house on a large relatively-secluded lot.
A maid is provided to clean up between rentals, but please don't leave the house too messy.
Covered parking under the house can easily fit four cars -- five if you pull in all the way on the right side. There is no option for overflow parking or street parking.
No smoking. No pets (but there have been dogs in the house in the past). Please please please, no cats!
We provide both a gas-grill and a charcoal-grill, but the propane gas tank may require refilling by tenants. Please use the charcoal grill away from the house and deck, for fire safety reasons and to avoid smoke damage to underside of the house.
Accessibility: Once you are up at the main-floor, all you need is on one level, and the bathroom has walk-in-shower. Additional bedrooms and bath are up on the second level.
Note: The house is up for sale, so realtors may want to enter to view the property. Do not leave valuables lying around.

Easy stay not far from the beach

Multiple spaces and games make an easy stay less than 10 min drive to beach. Well equipped though both tv remotes needed batteries

Great location

The house was roomy enough for 8 adults. Always had plenty of hot water for showers and laundry. The community is very nice and quiet. The furniture is very old, uncomfortable and dingy. The washing machine is very loud .we had to clean and wash rugs and blankets when arrived. Theres a lot of random clutter in underneath sitting area and not well kept. Including rusty bicycles, and rusty old barbell set, weedy. It doesn't fit in well with the community . It is a good price and served our purpose.

Cleaning person not doing job, house wasn’t clean dusty, floors dirty, food and bottles under beds, showers not cleaned. We got bitten by ants which we found on the porch. We sprayed once we found. Damaged done to property that wasn’t reported to owner prior to us coming. We did report and sent pictures. House itself was nice.

Quiet neighborhood

Great location in a nice, quiet neighborhood; a quick drive to the boardwalk and close to state parks, restaurants, shops, & other activities. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were many outdoor spaces to relax in. We especially enjoyed the hammock & the spacious, shaded outdoor deck. Plenty of covered parking easily fit 4 cars. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

Great place in a quiet neighborhood

Our stay was enjoyable and pleasant.The set up of the rooms of the house and outside areas provided many and varied types of places for our family to enjoy lots of different activities. The bedrooms were more than adequate with comfortable beds and room for a "pack and play" for the baby.The outside areas were very pleasant in the mornings and evenings even though the days were hot and humid. Location is close to beach access and other amenities. Kitchen was well supplied for preparing meals. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

My friends and I had the best week ever in this house. The drive was not bad at all to the beach every day. I loved how there were so many bikes, sadly the pump was broken so we couldn’t inflate all the tires up. The outdoor shower was a hit in our group. The bathrooms were all super clean as well. The cleaning closet was very convenient for clean up at the end of our trip as well.

Stayed here with a few friends. Got up everyone morning and jogged. Very close drive to the beach, and great property to stay at.
