Large full fenced back garden, off street parking, close to the Dunedin peninsula, Larnach Castle, Albatross Colony, Seals and Penguins, 10 minutes drive to Dunedin main street and St Clair and St Kilda Beaches and restaurants, children's playgrounds etc.
