Clean. Great location. Overlooks a neighborhood bar's courtyard. The bar projected football games on their wall, which we enjoyed. Courtyard was noisy from 7pm-11pm but very quiet otherwise. There were lots of tea bags and sugar to start. No coffee or K-cups as advertised. Parking at designated area not well marked

Twins traveled to the Keys for the 50th birthday and had a great experience. Perfect place to stay and location for the stuff we enjoyed doing… Duvall street and the Pier.

Well appointed and Clean 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit. It is up a flight of stairs!Kitchen had everything needed to cook with (didn't use 'cause we were only there for two days). Beds were comfy.Close to a CVS Convenience Store and Duvall Street. Two Breakfast joints only 200 ft away. Next to Irish Bar. Electric Cart Rental - less than a block away (Rented a Cart and took it to Zarchary Taylor State Park (entrance fee required) to relax on the little (but quiet) beach!!!Luckily, the Bar beneath the unit wasn't busy nor loud.On the down side (...Very Minor Issues...) No Coffee was left in the unit for guests (& they have 2 coffee makers).Mstr Bedrm - Fan light was non-functional2nd Bath - 1-2 light bulbs that need replacingA little pricy, but you're close to most everything.
