You enjoy the absolute rest position away from any main road, as the house is located in a dead end within a dignified residential area. The village center of Krumpendorf is 1 km away and Lake Wörthersee is 1.5 km away.
The house dates from the 70s and has been completely renovated in 2008. Large windows allow all the rooms to be flooded with light and look friendly. All rooms except the kitchen and bathroom are south-facing and give a clear view of the well-kept garden and in the distance the mountains south of Lake Wörthersee. Kitchen and bathroom are high-quality and modern, the living and sleeping rooms are decorated in the style of the 60s mostly with teak furniture, which the owners have collected lovingly. On the mezzanine level, in front of the living room, there is a spacious balcony where garden tables and chairs invite you to have breakfast in the sunshine in the morning. Immediately past the house leads the Wörthersee circular hiking trail. Passionate hikers can set off from the front door in different directions to hikes. Enthusiastic mountain bikers also get their money's worth in the immediate vicinity. Golfers have it only 7 km to the nearest golf course Moosburg-Pörtschach and water sports fans will certainly find their pleasure at the beautiful Wörthersee.
