About this property

We love pets! 6ft fenced in backyard and pet amenities.

Take in Charleston, it's history and its beaches. Our property has new appliances, furniture, electronics, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. We have a brand new 8ft fenced-in backyard to keep dogs(and kids) from running off. We supply toys, leashes, treats and bowls for your four-legged babies. There is a gas grill on the freshly-poured concrete patio .The kitchen is fully stocked with eating utensils, cooking utensils, cookware, plates, stemware, Keurig and auto drip coffee pot, slow cooker, Kitchen Aid mixer and etc. There is an adjoining dining area with seating for 6 . The neighborhood has sidewalks to walk your dogs. This home is 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.(most of the drive is interstate). The beaches are approximately 25 to 30 minutes. It depends on traffic, the time of day and the beach you will be going to.
We have 65-inch Smart 4K HDTV in den, with Blu-ray player; 40-inch Smart HDTV in master bedroom;32-inch LED TV in kids' bedroom with Blu-ray player. Of course, complimentary wi-fi is available.
We also have plenty of reading material in our sunroom. My father is an avid historian that is always giving me history book on the Low Country area.

Charleston Stay

Home is in a lovely safe neighborhood. Very clean and welcoming with everything you need. Comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed the fenced backyard and grill. Loved all the pet friendly touches for the dog. The location was perfect for our plans. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Excellent Location for a Charleston Get-A-Way

Three weeks in South Carolina

My wife and I found this property while planning a significant birthday, we spent three weeks in North Charleston hosting friends and family.The property was in a quiet neighborhood that was centerally located to all the attractions we wanted to take in. The home was well laid out and everyone was comfortable during their stay.For those traveling with pets this property is perfect!! We had Murphy (our German Shepherd) with us and property had all the amenities we could hope for. Access to the garage for her create, fenced in back yard, neighborhood sidewalks and walking paths for longer walks, and they even had pet bowls and treats available.Great property and wonderful hosts!! We will stay with them anytime we are planning to be in the area.

Very Nice Place To Stay

We had a very good week staying in Hanahan. Checking in was easy and we had everything we needed for our stay. The back yard was just right for our little dogs and they may have even made a friend or two with the squirrels in the trees. We'd happily stay again if we're in the area, thanks a bunch.

Cute house in great location

Had a hockey tournament at the Ice Palace and this place was perfect. Great location convenient to shopping and restaurants in North Charleston. Hotel style dispensers in the showers was a nice touch. Loved the reading nook and the fully stocked kitchen.

Great stay!

We had a great stay here! The house was in a good neighborhood, had very easy check in, the house had everything we needed even stuff for the beach, our host was quick with responding to any questions we had. They even had dog treats and toys to make our girls feel welcome ( 2 Great Dane dogs it was really nice for them to not have a weight limit and accept mutable dogs) Check out was easy and fast. We would definitely recommend it and stay again!
