Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath w/ heated swimming pool home 14 mins from the beach

A very spacious and comfortable 4 bedroom, 3 bath home minutes away from beautiful downtown Bonita Springs.
Enter our home and you will find a beautifully spacious and well-appointed family room with a large screen TV and sectional sofa. Our well-stocked kitchen offers all cookware needed for any type of meal. We also have a new coffee maker with timer for fresh coffee to awaken you each morning and a top of the line blender for those blended drinks or smoothies.
WIFI throughout the house is always available at your fingertips. Our home also has a 2 car garage for our guests to park inside.
Upstairs you will find 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable queen-sized beds and luxurious brand new linens. A 4th bedroom offers a convenient pull out sofa off the living room for additional guests.

The bathrooms need to be comfortable and pleasing and we think you'll find ours hit the mark. All 3 bathrooms provide ample storage for all your belongings. Our bathrooms are well stocked with plush new linens. One of the bathrooms is located on the 1st floor and the other 2 are located upstairs.
Walk out the back door and find a large covered patio with a dining table to enjoy your favorite beverage or a meal on a nice evening outdoors. If you feel like cooking, we have a gas grill for you to grill your favorite dish.
A very spacious covered deck with comfortable lounge chairs and a beautifully landscaped koi fish pond overlooking the pool. Our home offers a beautiful heated swimming pool to spend quality time outdoors.
Just in case you need to complete a load of laundry while on your stay, our home has a full-size washer and dryer.
Our home is conveniently located minutes away from downtown Bonita Springs which offers coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. We are also only 14 minutes away from the beach, 10 minutes away from Bonita Beach Park, 20 minutes away from the Ft. Myers International Airport, 30 minutes away from the Naples Pier, 20 minutes away from Gulf Coast Town Center shopping mall, 40 minutes away from Marco Island, and 1 hour away from Everglades National Park.

Bonita Beach

We enjoy staying at this location every winter! Close to many restaurants, the house is always clean and the pool is heated. Always a wonderful place to stay for a golf trip as well, as it is close to multiple golf courses that we enjoy playing.

Great location

This was our family's third stay and it is always enjoyable. We love the location- a short drive to the beach and to other activities. Communication is always fantastic. Wonderful Bonita location

Stayed here multiple times. Location is great! Close to multiple golf courses, dining and local taverns for a drink after a round of golf. Communication with the owner is simple. Always a pleasure to stay here.

Wonderful house!

Just left after 10 days and it is a beautiful house and pool and really close to downtown Bonita Springs! We went to several beaches in the area. It’s a very busy area later in the day, and the house is close to the somewhat busy road. The host was very attentive and quick to responds!

Great house, beautiful area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. There was more than enough room for our family of 5. We were able to spread out, sleep well and easily cook meals. The lanai and pool area were lovely, a great place to eat, relax and enjoy swimming or floating. Bonita Springs is a cute town with close access to several beautiful beaches. Also lots of great restaurants! A great stay, would rent this place again.

Vacation winter get away

Price was right. Enjoyed our stay. A lot of restaurants and stores close driving distance. Must drive to any beaches. Great pool and great layout of house. Needs updating and a little far from beaches and fishing. Overall good experience for the price.

Perfect house for our family!

The house worked so well for our family. The location was near fun restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, attractions, bike and walking trails. Being from the cold Midwest, we LOVED the heated pool. We’ve already rebooked for next year. The 4 bedroom during was fine for the young grandkids

Spring break getaway

We were a group of mostly educators looking for a spring break getaway after a challenging school year. This house was perfect for our needs. We shared many laughs over morning coffee and evening drinks around the poolside table. The house was very clean and spacious. We especially appreciated the extra twin mattresses. House overall was clean and roomy. Coy pond was a mess. Pool area needs some attention. Screens are ripped allowing debris from lawn workers in. Pool filter was full and not moving. Cloudy. Upstairs deck was unusable and shades to deck are ripped up.

Beautiful home, Close to Beach

Beautiful Home and close to Bonita Beach. Celebrated my 65th Birthday with Family. Some pictures are not accurate, there is no koi pond it was empty. Had some maintenance problems and towels and washcloths shortage. Contacted owner, they were aware of some of the maintenance issues and took care of the ones that needed attention during our stay in a timely manner. All bedrooms are upstairs and two bathrooms and the sofa/futon was downstairs in a separate room that adjoined a bathroom. Spacious living room and open kitchen and dining room. The pool area was great. Would recommend this home. Had a wonderful weekend with family.
