Great Place

Love the building and this unit was well decorated. The building is getting older but the unit was clean. Love the convenience, parking, access to the beach and pier, and the roof deck!

Our stay was great, the pool is wonderful as well as access to the beach. I am 5 foot tall so the master bed was a challenge as the owner must be a giant. Luckily there was a step ladder in the closet to assist me in getting in bed at night. Everything else about the unit was fine.

This place was amazing! My son and his new wife stayed here for their honeymoon. They said it was fantastic. Every thing they needed was at their fingertips. The company had the best communication that I have ever had with VRBO. If you are thinking of staying in Cocoa Beach this is the place to go. We will definitely be back.

Everything was amazing! Close to shops & restaurants. Poolside was exceptionally nice!I recommend this place to anyone interested in staying close to the beach. A beach wagon would be nice to have when walking to the beach, but other than that it was an amazing vacation spot
