Two steps down is the living room with sofa, large flat screen TV and DVD player. A half-bath is downstairs as well.
From the living room, an outdoor patio with seating can be accessed for enjoying island breezes.
With stone flooring, the kitchen houses all major appliances including a flat cooktop, plus pass-through window to the dining area.
The upstairs bedroom, open to the room below, provides a king-sized bed with tropical spread, TV, two closets and bath with flecked solid surface vanity and glass door tub/shower combination.
