Through a gated courtyard is this split-level, loft-style vacation villa. Beginning with a stone foyer, the villa opens to a dining room with vaulted wood beam ceiling that seats six. Two steps down is the living room with sofa, large flat screen TV and DVD player. A half-bath is downstairs as well.
From the living room, an outdoor patio with seating can be accessed for enjoying island breezes.
With stone flooring, the kitchen houses all major appliances including a flat cooktop, plus pass-through window to the dining area.
The upstairs bedroom, open to the room below, provides a king-sized bed with tropical spread, TV, two closets and bath with flecked solid surface vanity and glass door tub/shower combination.
The villas of marshside Stoney Creek enjoy a sparkling on-site swimming pool, and walking-distance proximity to the Sea Pines Racquet Club, Harbour Town Golf Links and the shopping, dining and recreation of world-class Harbour Town.
