- In winter, please set thermostats to 18 before leaving. - In summer, please set air conditioning to 22 before leaving. - Leave feedback regarding your stay, we would love to hear how your stay went!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All used dishes during stay must be put in dishwasher. Additional cleaning fees of 150$ will be charged in case of failure to abide by this rule.
No smoking tobacco/cannabis inside the property, as well as on the balcony. Cleaning fee of 300$ if smoking is detected in the home.

Property was clean and well taken care of. Quiet neighbourhood with very little traffic. Close enough to everything as you are right near a main highway and bridge. Would definitly stay here again.
