We enjoyed our stay, description of check in could have been more clear, however location was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Overall stay was nice and convenient

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations. We had booked the property for two nights but ended up staying only one night because of the conditions we encountered. The size of the property was not as advertised, and the house was much smaller than we expected. The sofa bed was so small that it could not comfortably accommodate even my 9-year-old child. The room was also extremely cold, and we had no access to the AC controls to adjust the temperature. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the house, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Communication with the owners was also difficult, as they were hard to reach when we needed assistance. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and far below what we expected based on the listing. We were disappointed that we could not comfortably enjoy the two nights we had paid for. I hope the owners take these concerns seriously and address the cleanliness, temperature control, accurate property description, and communication issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.

"Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We take property maintenance, cleanliness, and guest comfort very seriously, and we have taken immediate action with our local team. We have instituted regular turnover walkthroughs and routine pest control services to ensure the home remains immaculate for every arrival, regardless of vacancy. We have also updated our pre-stay details to provide clearer guidance on the A/C setup and sofa bed dimensions, and we have reinforced our communication protocol so our local team is always readily available during active stays. We appreciate your insights as we continue working to deliver comfortable and seamless experiences for all future travelers!"
