The neighborhood is usually quiet after 10 pm, including football game days. Voices carry well in the backyard.
The side door will remain locked, as well as the door from the kitchen to the basement. The basement and garage are off-limits, no exceptions.
If there is a lock on the outside of cabinet doors, these items are off-limits.

This property is perfect in every way - fantastic host, location, furnishings - every detail attended to. Better than 10 out of 10! We sat on the deck and listened to the sound check at The Big House before attending an amazing concert there. The accommodations were a great part of a fantastic weekend. Thank you to our amazing host!

The house was extremely clean and well organized upon arrival. The host was great at communicating with us prior to arrival to ensure the bed setup was to our liking. The house location is perfect for football games. We will def be coming back in the future.
