Homey Studio in Central Chifley

This little studio is located in the backyard of the main residence at Chifley. It is self-contained with its own toilet, bathroom, shower and kitchenette.

The place is located just a short walk from Westfield Woden where you will find supermarkets, cinemas, restaurants and public transport.

There is a large, spacious backyard for entertaining and relaxing, with a trampoline for those who want some exercise.

Please note that the studio is being refurnished so the furnishings will be slightly different but of a similar style to those shown in the picture. Please also note that there will be a double pullout sofa bed in the apartment.

Steffan was amongst if not the best host i have cross paths with, and i have been on international travel for 2 decades now and staying high end prestigious locations too. Whenever i had a comment, Steffan was extemely helfpul. He is practically a friend now. I walk amost everyday to Woden 7-9 mins walk and has everything i need. Huge garden. Pets are welcome. Quite and didnt get bothered at all. Steffan is even purchasing anything i find missing in the place and before i can blink he is making it happen. Amazing host who turned an ok place into an amazing stay. He is very friendly, welcoming, generous and a kind person. I have extended my stay once and will go for 2 more at least, happily. Recommend it with no reservations
