Very nice and cozy! Family weekend at UTK and it was an easy uber ride to campus. It had all the amenities that we needed!!

We were visiting our boys for the UTK family weekend and this house was perfect. Our boys were able to visit with their favorite family member, Buddy (our dog). It was close enough to campus that we found ourselves bouncing back and forth whenever we needed. We definitely recommend this location and hope to visit again.
