Perfect location. Great for my dog as well! The only "complaint" was that there is no dishwasher but we were able to make it work. Also the grill is a flat top.

You have to put white not Cherokee in for address. Easy to find using Google.

Very welcoming and cozy home. The fenced yard is nice for our dogs to smell and play. In winter months if you rent this home you will need four wheel drive for sure. Very close to casino! Lots of spices and kitchen utensils and gadgets.

The house was very nice and clean. However the drive up to the cabin was questionable the first time up but you get used to it so not too bad. Just hope you don't run into somebody coming or going as it's only wide enough for 1 car.

Wonderful Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were able to spend a wonderful week at the Sweet Haven VRBO in Cherokee, NC. The house was just outside town, in the treed hilly area near Cherokee. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a dining area, kitchen and great room. it was comfortable, and with a fenced yard, it was great for our dog. She was able to run around safely and chase fireflies. There is also a car port, so our car was covered from the elements. There is a firepit, although we did not use it, but the weather was nice enough to sit outside with few mosquitoes to bother us. The only thing lacking was a dishwasher (not really needed for just the 2 of us), but having ice trays would have been nice to be ab le to make ice for our travel water bottles. The setting of the house is very nice, with trees around and shade in the fenced in yard. It was a relaxing trip.

Beautifully decorated house with fenced back yard and nice front yard with firepit. The cleaning company needs to pay more attention to cobwebs, dog hair, etc. Was surprised that there were only 3 coffee cups for 4 adults staying at the location.

Batteries to front door lock were dead so could not enter or lock the front door from the outside. We had to use the side entrance to lock/unlock house. The kitchen was small but well stocked. The fridge had dirty ice left in the container. There was no broom or vacuum to clean the dirt from the floors--it was pretty bad after a week of rain! Couldn't cook outside bc the grill would not stay lit. The bathroom was filthy! Toilet not cleaned (feces!) Dirty female Rx syringes in bathroom draw of dirty, used makeup. While the house was great, the cleanleness does not meat the Vrbo standards. I've noticed this w much of Yellow Rose Reality. Vrbo needs to enforce better standards with them.
