It is a cute place. It does great great views of the sunset. It is about a 20 min walk to the Pensacola beach area. I would suggest them getting a better cleaning crew. The communication was great. We had a few problems when we got there late and they were on it the very next morning. All that being said we would stay there again.

The unit was fabulous, very nice e amenities throughout the cozy corner unit right on the cusp of the Pensacola harbor. Watching the fish jumping each evening was such a pleasure, while sitting on the lanai sipping a cup of coffee. The environment is rich in hospitality with Fort Pickens just moments away and so much history to read and absorb. I highly recommend this vacation unit. It was perfect for us.

We had a wonderful time visiting Pensacola Beach and really enjoyed having the Sand Dollar as or base of operations. The property is well located for quick access to the beach and other interesting locales. I would highly recommend!!

Bed and couch were comfortable. The kitchen had room to store food so that is always a plus. (The toilet was dirty) We were able to check in a bit early which is nice when traveling. There was a broom in the room. I've been in places with no broom for the week. Location is perfect for walking to the beach and restaurants and shopping. We also did the free golf cart service to get around on hotter nights. Just have to tip them and no need to drink and drive. Great service. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay here again. Only a couple tweaks i would suggest. The contract states up to 1500 in damages are covered and wording also says you are responsible for damages. We travel often and have never had damages, just the wording contradicts itself. Also, we read just the morning of that we are responsible for stained towels, wash clothes and sheets and they are all white so we were afraid to use anything. I would also suggest putting dish soap in the kitchen. Only because I've always had rooms with dish soap so i didn't pack any. Overall great price and location!

We were met by a wonderful lady who showed us all about the property and the area. What a different experience to get human interaction, which we appreciated. The condo felt like home, the furnishings were perfect and felt like the beach experience. The king bed was so comfortable with beautiful Tommy Bahama linens. The kitchen was furnished with all we needed. We absolutely loved the bay side with a ground level patio to enjoy daily. The residents that stay full time were very friendly and social. We have communicated with the management team we would be considering a future stay again. After just a few hours at this property we contacted to extend our stay for the length they had available. We enjoyed our stay so much and hated to leave. We have continued our gulf coast vacation tour into Gulf Shores Alabama and hope to visit again.

Great condo & location. Views were fabulous overlooking the bay. The only thing was the bathtub/shower as it was deep & the step over was a little difficult for me because I’m short. LOL. Beautiful place & I would definitely recommend it.

The condo was perfect for the 2 of us! Location was great…. We love Peg Leg Petes to eat and it was only about 3/4 of a mile away….and the shops and other restaurants were only about away! The outside patio was only steps away from the bay! We loved it!!!
