A great place to stay and a super friendly and nice property owner. We interacted numerous evenings with the owner and had some very nice conversations. Very clean and and well furnished place. We liked it so much we have already booked it again.

It was a beautiful house and the sunsets from the dock were beautiful. The AC didn’t work but the host got right on it once we let him know. Would definitely recommend to travelers and would love to go back

The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. The pool would have been better if heated. It would be nice to have access to a washer and dryer. Overall experience was great. We loved the location and views from the deck.

Photos to real life the Serene was excatly as advertised. Clean and spacious we spent a few minutes taking it all in. The bedroom was huge and the bed soft Its a short drive to downtown maybe 5 minutes with no traffic and about the same to the beaches. Although our host contact was minimal it was always responive and quick. In short this was a great stay, in a great location and the home/apartment was great.

The location and waterfront are absolutely the highlights of this rental. It’s incredibly convenient to downtown St. Augustine and everything we wanted to do, and the dock and water view are beautiful.Unfortunately, the property itself needs quite a bit of attention. The pool finish is heavily deteriorated and peeling in numerous areas, there are building materials and miscellaneous items stored throughout the outdoor areas, and there is visibly unfinished/exposed wiring around the property, including loose wiring and connectors underneath the kitchen cabinets.The listing describes this as a “whole house,” but we only had access to the first floor and no access to the upstairs, which was not what we expected. The bed was uncomfortable, and the shower is awkwardly shaped with very poor water pressure. We also only had two bath towels readily available for our four-day stay and happened to find a third in the living room the morning we checked out.We also had some unusual interactions with a gentleman at the residence in front of the rental. Nothing directly happened, but the interactions left us feeling uncomfortable at times and affected the sense of privacy we expected.The location and waterfront are fantastic and the property has a lot of potential, but the condition, maintenance and overall presentation did not match what we expected from the listing.
